Terms of Use
These terms apply when you visit The Wedding Chapter website, join the early list or submit an early-access application. Effective 1 August 2026.
About us
The Wedding Chapter is created and operated by Next Chapter Apps. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Next Chapter Apps. You can contact us at hellotheweddingchapter@gmail.com.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the website’s operation or security, introduce harmful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access, use automated methods to submit forms repeatedly or abusively, provide information you know is false or unlawful, or copy website content for a commercial purpose without permission.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an early-access application.
Product and launch information
This website provides information about a product that is still being prepared for public launch. Features, screenshots, availability and launch plans may change as development continues. Nothing on this website guarantees that a particular feature or release date will be available.
Joining the early list does not create an order, reservation or entitlement to receive the product. Submitting an early-access application does not guarantee selection and is also governed by the Early Access Terms. Any future purchase or public use of The Wedding Chapter will be governed by the product terms presented at that time.
Intellectual property
The Wedding Chapter name, branding, artwork, website design, written content and product demonstrations belong to Next Chapter Apps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view the website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
Third-party links
The website may link to services or websites operated by other organisations. Those organisations control their own content and privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse or accept responsibility for everything available through that website.
Website availability
We take reasonable care to keep the website available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical or other reasons. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This website provides information about The Wedding Chapter. It is not professional legal, financial or wedding-supplier advice.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use information submitted through the website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website or its services change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws applying where you live.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hellotheweddingchapter@gmail.com.
